Business Development Manager – Packaging Industry

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Business Development Manager to join our packaging operations in Valenzuela City. You will drive new revenue by identifying toll‑manufacturing and contract‑production opportunities, building strong client relationships, and shaping strategic growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially in toll manufacturing and contract production.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the client base and achieve revenue targets.
• Generate leads, conduct prospect meetings, and convert opportunities into long‑term partnerships.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, understanding product requirements and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, compliance, and supply‑chain teams to assess project feasibility and schedule production.
• Analyze production costs, operational efficiency, and profitability; prepare proposals, quotations, and business cases.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the toll‑manufacturing sector.
• Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and maintain accurate documentation of contracts and negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related) – business or management training is a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably within manufacturing or packaging.
