About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Expert to join Globe’s sales team. In this role you will engage prospective customers, build strong relationships, and help drive revenue growth across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers via phone and email, delivering a strong first impression.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth hand‑offs and effective communication.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and understand competitors, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Address and overcome objections, guiding prospects through the sales process.
- Identify opportunities to improve and optimise sales processes.
- Implement projects and programs to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and sustain relationships with partners such as retailers, Tiangge operators, LGUs, barangays, and schools.
- Oversee sales operations across various channels.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Experience in sales or business development, preferably in a multi‑channel environment.
- Ability to analyse market information and identify growth opportunities.
