Business Development Executive – Remote (Philippines)

Wing is redefining the future of work by helping companies build world‑class teams and automate operations. As a Business Development Executive you will drive the full sales cycle, engage international prospects and contribute to revenue growth while working 100% from home.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and close B2B/B2G deals with US, UK or Australian clients.
• Conduct virtual meetings, product demos and negotiations with decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to improve lead generation.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, report pipeline progress and sales performance.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and general administration tasks.
• Create, distribute and analyse customer surveys.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of end‑to‑end B2B/B2G sales experience.
• Experience working with US, UK or Australian clients.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent English (C1 level) – written and verbal.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Comfortable working graveyard shifts to match US business hours.

• HubSpot or Salesforce CRM.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Google Calendar and online scheduling tools.
• Desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP platforms.
