Bulk Supply Chain Supervisor

About the role

The Bulk Supply Chain Supervisor will lead end‑to‑end bulk logistics operations for Air Liquide Philippines, ensuring safe, cost‑effective delivery of gases and related products. This position coordinates third‑party haulers, oversees PEZA compliance, and drives continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule strategic truck requirements to meet long‑term delivery needs while minimizing cost.
• Conduct demand‑capacity analyses and propose network optimizations to achieve KPI targets.
• Supervise logistics schedulers, monitor daily delivery execution, and track Delivery Performance Execution (DPE).
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase fleet utilization and prevent stock‑outs.
• Lead cluster initiatives, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide system training.
• Develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with haulers and 3PL providers and resolve operational gaps.
• Analyze unserved orders, out‑of‑stock events, and vehicle inspection gaps to create corrective action plans.
• Track logistics expenses, reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and 3PL services, and prepare monthly cost reports.
• Act as the primary liaison between sales, production, and logistics to align distribution schedules and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in chemical manufacturing or heavy process industries.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
