About the role

The Branch Head leads the Branch Banking Group (BBG) Business Unit in Kalibo, Aklan, overseeing profitability, marketing, operations, and administration. The role focuses on building long‑term client relationships, gathering market feedback, and driving the branch’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs and promote appropriate bank products and services to meet fund‑generation, credit, and profitability targets.
• Oversee all branch operations, including administrative tasks, control, compliance, and policy implementation.
• Manage branch officers and staff, ensuring adherence to banking procedures and regulatory standards.
• Collect market intelligence on client needs, competition, and the overall environment to inform business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5‑10 years of managerial experience in branch banking, marketing, or operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve financial targets.
