About the role

The Branch Head leads the Branch Banking Group (BBG) Business Unit, overseeing profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch. This senior position builds long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients while gathering market intelligence to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs and promote appropriate bank products and services to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Oversee all branch operations, including administrative tasks, compliance, control procedures and policy implementation.
• Manage and develop branch officers and staff, ensuring high service standards and adherence to banking regulations.
• Collect market feedback, monitor competition and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5‑10 years of managerial experience in branch banking, marketing or operations.
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and leading teams.
