Internal Audit Manager

About the role

The Internal Audit Manager will lead the audit function for the Food Group units, ensuring robust risk‑based audit planning and execution in line with corporate objectives and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain the audit universe for assigned Food Group units.
• Prepare and execute annual risk‑based audit plans, incorporating senior management inputs and critical operational areas.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of external internal audit service providers.
• Oversee staff training, professional development and conduct performance appraisals.
• Participate in policy development and ensure compliance with internal audit policies across the group.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and CPA certification; CIA, CISA or CFE preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of internal audit experience, including at least 3 years as an Audit Manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate policies, financial systems and procedures.

Required skills

• Expertise in internal control frameworks and international auditing standards.
• Proficiency with international accounting standards.
• Ability to design and implement risk‑based audit programs.
