Branch Head – Banking Operations

About the role

As the Branch Head you will provide strategic direction and hands‑on management to ensure the branch meets and exceeds its business goals. You will lead a committed team toward service excellence, operational integrity, and sustainable growth while upholding the highest standards of compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the branch to deliver business growth, profitability, and outstanding customer service.
• Translate corporate strategies into actionable branch‑level plans that drive sales and strengthen customer relationships.
• Oversee all branch operations, ensuring full compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards (BSP and other governing agencies).
• Ensure efficient day‑to‑day operations, including risk management, internal controls, and service delivery.
• Coach, mentor, and empower employees to achieve their full potential and align with the company’s mission and values.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven leadership in branch operations, sales, and marketing of banking products and services.
• Strong knowledge of branch policies, audit systems, and BSP/other regulatory frameworks.
• Strategic mindset with solid analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Highly detail‑oriented, proactive, and results‑driven.
