BPO Trainer – Telco Account (Onsite Taguig)

About the role

We are seeking a Trainer for our Telco Account in a fast‑paced BPO environment. The role will deliver engaging training sessions, support onboarding, and drive continuous learning for new hires and existing staff on‑site in Taguig.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training for new hires on company and client policies, collection strategies, compliance standards, systems, tools, and call‑handling techniques.
• Provide upskilling and refresher sessions for existing employees.
• Offer floor support, coaching, and performance guidance.
• Customize training approaches based on learner needs and performance data.

Required profile

• High School/SHS graduate or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• At least 2 years of trainer experience in a BPO setting.
• Minimum 2 years recent team‑leader experience handling Telco accounts.
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset to assess performance data and improve outcomes.
