BIM Modeller – Civil & Structural

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Modeller specialized in Civil & Structural (C&S) to support our design team in Mandaluyong City. Working under the Design Engineer and BIM/CAD Job Captain, you will ensure accurate construction documentation and seamless coordination across disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain BIM models and detailed CAD drawings for the C&S discipline.
• Collaborate with other discipline teams to incorporate design changes and resolve model conflicts.
• Follow the Project BIM Execution Plan and adhere to organizational BIM standards.
• Develop discipline‑specific BIM content and export models in DWF or other required formats.
• Prepare and print drawing sets for professional reviews and coordination meetings.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and discipline reviews.

Required profile

• Strong communication and writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently while following established BIM workflows.
• Attention to detail and commitment to document accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit for BIM modeling.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD for drafting and detailing.
• Experience using Autodesk Navisworks for design review and coordination.
