BIM Modeler (M&E)

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Modeler specialized in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems to join our team in Mandaluyong City. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate 3‑D BIM models that support project delivery and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop BIM models for M&E systems.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to avoid clashes in 3‑D models.
• Meet deliverable deadlines set by the team leader.
• Maintain system layers, filters, and Revit families according to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) template.
• Set up templates, architectural setups, and sheets for M&E projects as required.
• Liaise with team leaders and engineers regarding project requirements and submissions.

• Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to meeting project timelines.
