Bilingual Travel Agent (French) – Spotnana Trained

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused Bilingual Travel Agent who will work onsite in our Manila contact centre. The successful candidate will use the Spotnana travel platform to assist both business and leisure travelers with planning, booking and managing their trips.

Key responsibilities

• Assist travelers in searching, booking and servicing air, hotel, car and rail travel using Spotnana.
• Manage new and existing reservations, including itinerary changes, cancellations, exchanges and rebookings.
• Review traveler profiles, preferences and applicable travel policies to recommend suitable options.
• Provide accurate information on fares, itineraries and travel policies.
• Handle schedule changes, travel disruptions and other travel‑related issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date traveler and reservation data within the Spotnana system.
• Escalate complex or exception cases according to established procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry.
• Hands‑on experience with the Spotnana travel platform.
• Fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in an onsite BPO/contact‑center environment.
