Bilingual Travel Agent (French) - Spotnana Trained

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Travel Agent to join our San Fernando contact‑center team. The role focuses on assisting business and leisure travelers with end‑to‑end planning, booking and support using the Spotnana travel platform.

Key responsibilities

• Assist travelers in planning, booking and managing business and leisure travel itineraries.
• Use Spotnana to search, book and service air, hotel, car and rail reservations.
• Modify, cancel, exchange or rebook reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Review traveler profiles, preferences and travel policies to recommend suitable options.
• Provide clear information on fares, itineraries, changes and cancellations.
• Handle schedule changes, travel disruptions and other travel‑related issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date traveler and reservation data within Spotnana.
• Follow established travel policies, procedures and service standards.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining high customer service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in the travel industry.
• Fluent in both French and English with strong communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience using the Spotnana travel platform.
• Customer‑focused attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced BPO environment.
