Bilingual Content Editor (Tagalog/English) – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Content Editor fluent in Tagalog and English to help train AI chatbots. You will engage in realistic conversations with the bots, assess their performance, and create new dialogue scripts to improve their responses.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots, then evaluate the quality and relevance of their outputs.
• Review AI‑generated content for grammatical accuracy, style consistency, and overall performance against defined benchmarks.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Tagalog with excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Detail‑oriented and able to assess linguistic nuances.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
• Based in the Philippines and able to work independently as an contractor.
