Barista

About the role

Lift Cafe is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Barista for its Quezon City location. You will be the front‑line ambassador, preparing high‑quality coffee and beverage drinks while delivering friendly, efficient service to every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso‑based drinks, brewed coffee, teas and other beverages according to cafe recipes.
• Greet guests, take orders, operate the POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Perform basic food preparation such as heating or assembling light snacks.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized.
• Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels and support overall cafe operations.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Reliability, positive attitude and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant or retail environment is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast‑paced hospitality team.
