About the role

We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer to join our remote team building AI agents that automate enterprise SAP development. The role includes a paid 4‑6 week training program and mentorship as you work on production‑grade AI services.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement production AI agents using Go and Python that reason over real file systems.
Develop multi‑tenant isolation on Kubernetes clusters.
Orchestrate agents with LangGraph and human‑in‑the‑loop gating.
Ensure cross‑service observability and reliability.

Required profile

1–3 years of software engineering experience.
Strong computer‑science fundamentals.
High agency, excellent written and verbal communication, and coachability.
