Backend Software Engineer – C++ (Hybrid)

About the role

ERNI is looking for a Backend Software Engineer with strong Embedded C++ expertise to join its Manila service centre. You will work on high‑quality software for complex domains such as MedTech, finance, industry and transportation, collaborating with a multicultural, geographically distributed team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend components in Embedded C++.
• Participate in Agile development cycles and deliver project milestones.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Europe, APAC and the USA.
• Travel to China when required for project activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Professional experience in software development with strong proficiency in Embedded C++.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative, multicultural teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness and ability to travel to China as required.
