About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Calabarzon, Philippines. The Automation & Development Equipment Technician will ensure the reliable operation of automated and development equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance on heavy and automated machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting automation and development equipment.
- Handle heavy equipment safely while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document technical findings and report maintenance activities.
Required profile
- Relevant vocational training or a degree in a technical or engineering field.
- Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
- Effective communication skills for teamwork and reporting.
- Experience in automation, robotics, or factory equipment is a plus.
