AutoCAD Operator & Surveyor (Construction)

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking an AutoCAD Operator cum Surveyor to support the MCRP02 infrastructure project in the Philippines. The role combines field surveying with CAD drafting to deliver accurate design and documentation for construction works.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze initial data received from clients, engineering firms, or third‑party sources.
• Verify the accuracy of survey measurements and calculations performed on‑site.
• Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines and other terrain characteristics.
• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports and legal descriptions, ensuring compliance with QA/QC standards.
• Perform topographical surveys and compute earthwork quantities using Civil CAD/Civil 3D.
• Create detailed CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions and site visits, and produce drawings in various formats.
• Assist the Survey Coordinator with monthly progress videos, photos and related documentation.
• Maintain organized and accessible records of all work performed.

Required profile

• Graduate of any engineering degree.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in construction surveying.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Civil CAD / Civil 3D.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with video and photo software for documentation.
