Associate Project Manager – Cyber Services

About the role

NCC Group is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support long‑term strategic goals for large enterprise clients. The role blends strategic planning with operational oversight, ensuring programs are delivered on‑time, on‑budget, and to high quality standards while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Define, adapt and communicate program goals, governance and responsibilities across client and internal teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client teams, understanding their business objectives.
• Create and execute project work plans, adjusting them to meet changing needs.
• Support the creation and maintenance of program documentation, budgets and reporting tools.
• Monitor program health through metrics, reporting cadence and quality of service.
• Identify risks and issues early, develop action plans and guide conflict resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Previous project or program management experience, preferably in fast‑paced technology or information security environments.
• Strong customer service skills and experience managing client relationships across sectors such as software, finance or healthcare.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale projects, resources, schedules and dependencies.
• Agile mindset with the ability to work in ambiguous, unstructured environments.
