Associate Microsoft Cloud Systems Engineer

About the role

Booth and Partners Pte Ltd is hiring a full-time Associate Microsoft Cloud Systems Engineer in Makati. The role applies technical knowledge to analyse customer Microsoft Cloud environments, recommend improvements and help build Microsoft Services practices across Azure, M365 and Dynamics 365.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer Microsoft Cloud environments proactively, identify areas for improvement (performance monitoring, capacity management, event and security monitoring) and recommend enhancements to cloud operations.
• Help develop and establish Microsoft Services practices on Microsoft Cloud Services (Azure, M365 and D365).
• Work with peers, presales and sales to identify opportunities to offer additional value to customers.
• Assess and evaluate risks and understand the implications of new technologies.
• Liaise with peers on incident analysis and problem resolution, supporting service delivery against KPIs and recommending solutions where none exist.
• Communicate clearly and logically with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.

Required profile

• 2 years' experience in an IT outsourcing environment focused on Microsoft technologies.
• Experience providing technical services to clients and good customer service experience.
• Experience dealing with customers at all organisational levels.
• Relevant tertiary education highly desirable (IT degree preferred).
• Integrity and ethical business practice.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Premier Support escalations.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Cloud products such as M365 and Azure is desired.
• Relevant Microsoft Cloud product certifications highly desirable.
