About the role
GSMH Law, a full‑service law firm in the Philippines, is seeking an Associate Lawyer to join its Makati office. Working closely with senior lawyers, you will contribute to delivering high‑quality legal services for a diverse portfolio of local and international clients.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to provide comprehensive legal advice and representation.
- Conduct legal research and draft clear, concise, and well‑structured legal documents.
- Present arguments, negotiate on behalf of clients, and advocate effectively in various settings.
- Manage multiple matters simultaneously, meet strict deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Required profile
- Licensed lawyer in the Philippines, in good standing with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Professional, collaborative mindset with high ethical standards.
- Excellent oral communication and advocacy skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with legal research tools.
- Competence in standard office productivity software.
