Associate Finance Controller

About the role

The Associate Finance Controller will support daily accounting activities for a multinational, Global 500 organization. You will work closely with country teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely financial close, compliance, and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day accounting tasks and deliver month‑end book close on schedule.
• Maintain compliance with global and local financial controls.
• Prepare balance‑sheet reviews, verify account accuracy, and address deviations.
• Coordinate tax and audit deliverables to meet established deadlines.
• Conduct financial statement analysis and consolidate accounting and tax information.
• Support internal control attestations and act as a backup resource when needed.
• Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and drive implementation.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Considerable years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to work a mid‑shift schedule.
