Senior/Lead Consultant – Derivatives/Collateral, IOS Value Stream

About the role

As a Senior/Lead Consultant in the IOS Value Stream, you will drive the delivery of derivative and collateral solutions for SimCorp's Business Services. You will work across the full value chain, ensuring high‑quality outcomes for our prestigious financial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end Business Services projects, from planning to monitoring.
• Contribute to the standardisation of Business Services solutions.
• Lead transformation initiatives and adopt new ways of working.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and other stakeholders throughout the value chain.
• Improve and automate processes for building, testing, and deploying solutions.
• Continuously learn and develop both personal and team capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong business and technical background in finance.
• Knowledge of derivative products (swaps, options, futures, forwards) across equity, fixed income, FX and commodities.
• Experience implementing projects and working with SimCorp Dimension.
• Commitment to standardisation, best practices and a transformation‑oriented mindset.
