Associate Endpoint Engineer

About the role

Datacom is seeking an Associate Endpoint Engineer to support its corporate technical infrastructure across the Philippines. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software for end‑users, as well as handling change requests and incident resolution in a production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Install, test, and maintain end‑user software and hardware, including laptop provisioning, re‑imaging and break‑fix support.
• Monitor system performance, improve endpoint operating system and hardware efficiency, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Manage tickets and queues in the ticketing system, meeting defined response and resolution times.
• Support and configure Microsoft 365 applications, Intune enrollment, and other compute platforms.
• Create and execute change requests following ITIL 4 best practices.
• Provide on‑site technical support, including AV troubleshooting, meeting‑room setup, and network issue escalation with ISPs.
• Deploy peripherals to new hires and existing staff, and perform hardware upgrades such as RAM installation.

• Passion for learning and solving complex technical problems.
• Willingness to work on‑site 3‑4 days per week.
