About the role
The Associate Director – Continuous Improvement will spearhead initiatives to boost key performance indicators within Sagility’s call centre operations. Based in Metro Manila, the role follows a hybrid work model, allowing collaboration with a talented multicultural team.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate continuous improvement projects that target the enhancement of key performance indicators (KPIs) across the call centre.
- Lead these projects from conception through execution to ensure measurable KPI improvements.
