Assistant Tenant Relations Officer

About the role

The Assistant Tenant Relations Officer supports the Mall Operations team in Imus, ensuring that all tenants adhere to contractual obligations and operational standards throughout their tenancy. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth store openings and successful lease completions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure tenant compliance with lease agreements, memoranda of agreement, and company house rules.
• Monitor construction progress and pre‑opening requirements to guarantee timely store openings.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve tenant issues promptly.
• Assist in preparing reports on tenant performance and lease compliance.
• Facilitate lease termination, including turnover of space, final account settlements and security‑deposit releases.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to support their sales, profitability and long‑term sustainability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in tenant relations, client management, customer service or similar roles, preferably in mall management, operations or maintenance.
• Experience range of 2‑5 years as indicated.
• Strong understanding of lease administration and mall operational processes.
