Assistant Manager - Projects & Workplace Solutions

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Workplace Solutions will support daily management of workplace facilities, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost‑effective operations that enable 24/5 BPO service delivery. You will work across multiple sites, coordinating engineering, EHS, vendor relations, and fit‑out projects while driving process automation and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day facility operations to maintain safety, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate engineering activities, EHS compliance, and vendor performance.
• Lead fit‑out, renovation, and space‑optimization projects from scope definition to handover.
• Support site expansion, seat ramp‑up, and space planning initiatives.
• Implement and monitor automation tools such as CMMS/CAFM, preventive maintenance schedules, and asset tracking systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for vendor SLA reporting and digital EHS reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 5–7 years of facilities management experience, including 1–3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Experience managing large office environments (1000+ employees), preferably in BPO or shared services.
• Proven track record in office fit‑outs, renovations, and medium‑scale capital projects.
• Familiarity with Philippine regulatory requirements (DOLE OSH, DENR, BFP Fire Code).
