Assistant Brand Manager (Chickenjoy)

About the role

The Assistant Brand Manager (Chickenjoy) will support the development and execution of brand strategies for Jollibee’s flagship chicken product. Working closely with senior brand managers, you will help shape marketing plans that drive growth and reinforce the brand’s market position.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating strategic business plans for product categories.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to meet sales targets.
• Design and launch marketing programs for new product introductions and market opportunities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams for product development, launch, and performance monitoring.
• Partner with Trade Marketing, Creative, Media, PR/Digital agencies, corporate media and research teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Prepare sales data and insights for monthly business reviews.
• Ensure all activities comply with marketing policies and brand visual guidelines.
• Collect and analyse competitor pricing and product performance reports.
• Work with suppliers, creative agencies and the Marketing Assistant to produce marketing materials.
• Draft campaign memos for senior brand manager approval.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in brand management, new product development, marketing or advertising.
• Proven ability to develop strategic business and marketing plans.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Ortigas, Pasig under a hybrid arrangement.

Required skills
