Assembly Operator IV

About the role
We are looking for an Assembly Operator IV to join our production team. In this role you will support safe operation, perform complex repairs and make major adjustments to assembly equipment while ensuring high‑quality output.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the safe operation of assembly equipment and carry out complex repairs and adjustments.
- Test performance of completed assemblies and sub‑assemblies and make necessary adjustments.
- Record production data in line with tracking and compliance requirements.
- Operate and monitor automated technologies used throughout the assembly process.
- Promote teamwork and continuous improvement within the assembly environment.
Required profile
- Minimum of 4 years of related assembly or production experience.
- High school diploma required; vocational training or an associate degree preferred.
- Commitment to environmental, health and safety regulations.
- Values such as integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation and teamwork.
