About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Site Manager / Foreman for transport construction projects in the Česká Lípa area. The role involves supporting the site manager in coordinating and supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with permits and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate, manage and monitor construction works according to the project plan, supervisor instructions and building permits.
- Organise the work of employees and subcontractors.
- Ensure maximum utilisation of machines and equipment.
- Secure supply chains, control material quality and availability.
- Verify the quality of performed work against the specifications in the offer.
- Maintain related documentation and records.
- Compile documentation in line with tender requirements.
Required profile
- Secondary or higher education in construction (focus on transport construction is a plus).
- Professional authorisation in the field is advantageous, but recent graduates may also apply.
- Team‑working ability.
- Careful, reliable, loyal, diligent and flexible.
- Driver’s licence category B.
