Asia Manager - Delivery Excellence

About the role

The Asia Manager – Delivery Excellence will lead organisational improvement in project delivery across the region. Reporting to senior leadership, the role champions best‑practice delivery, designs enhanced delivery systems and supports projects from bid through launch to ensure successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the adoption of best‑practice project delivery methodologies across Asia.
• Develop and refine project delivery systems and tools.
• Provide bid support and launch assistance to set projects up for success.
• Lead business case development for internal improvement initiatives.
• Manage approved internal projects, guiding cross‑functional teams to achieve delivery targets.
• Model Surbana Jurong values, ethics and code of conduct in all activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or delivery excellence roles.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to analyse processes and implement improvement measures.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
