About the role

Adlanter is looking for a Labor Advisor / Payroll Technician to join its Labor Advisory team. You will support clients on labor matters, process payrolls, and handle contractual and tax compliance in a dynamic, people‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on labor legislation and employment issues.
• Prepare and process payrolls, including salary calculations and arrears.
• Draft employment contracts and perform liquidation procedures.
• Carry out IRPF regularizations and calculate social security contributions.
• Prepare and file monthly (forms 111‑216), quarterly (form 190) and annual (form 296) tax declarations.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience as a Labor Advisor, HR consultant or Payroll Technician.
