Architect Designer & Operations Support

About the role

We are looking for an organized, proactive professional to support residential design projects and keep operations and project workflows running smoothly. This remote, full‑time position combines architectural drafting with project coordination, ensuring design concepts move efficiently from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Create and revise residential design drawings and construction documents using industry‑standard software.
• Produce accurate, professional drawing sets with minimal supervision and maintain organized project files.
• Implement design revisions, support documentation workflows, and ensure consistency across deliverables.
• Track project details, action items, and deadlines, following up on missing information.
• Maintain organized documentation and file systems, assist with workflow management and process improvements.
• Support project coordination, team communication, and use of project‑management platforms.

Required profile

• Proficiency with architectural design software such as Chief Architect, Autodesk Revit, SketchUp Pro, Archicad or Home Designer Pro.
• Ability to independently produce residential design and construction drawings.
• Strong understanding of residential construction and design documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and written and verbal English communication.
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple priorities, ask questions and gather information proactively.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office.
