Architect – Design & Project Coordination

About the role
The firm is seeking a licensed architect to support design and construction activities for residential projects. The role involves plan review, progress monitoring, and coordination with internal teams while ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Gt Design with plan review and monitoring project progress.
- Prepare test fits and compute area tabulations.
- Attend design and construction meetings and respond to RFA/RFI when applicable.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Gt Design Management, PD, and RCII Engineering.
- Conduct periodic site visits as required.
Required profile
- PRC‑licensed graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputable school.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an architectural design firm, preferably in horizontal housing development.
- Willingness to work onsite in BGC or Pasay.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in SketchUp.
- Proficiency in Lumion and other 3D rendering software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
