Application Developer – Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture

About the role

We are seeking an Application Developer specialized in Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture to design, build, and configure applications that support specific business processes. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions align with organizational goals and address technical challenges throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject‑matter expert for Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture.
• Collaborate with and lead a development team, making key technical decisions.
• Engage with multiple internal teams to provide solutions and drive project decisions.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best practices across teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of development milestones.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture.
• Strong understanding of application development methodologies and PLM customization.
• Experience with system integration and data migration processes.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
