Application Architect – Microservices

About the role

Avensys is seeking a senior Application Architect specialized in micro‑services to design and deliver integration solutions for its diverse client base. The role is based onsite in Mandaluyong and offers a blend of enterprise‑level architecture and hands‑on development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain micro‑service‑based integration platforms that connect on‑premises and cloud systems.
• Ensure seamless data and process flow across heterogeneous environments using both traditional integration tools and modern cloud‑native technologies.
• Collaborate with development teams to define API standards, service contracts and deployment pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Participate in architecture reviews, performance tuning and security assessments.

Required profile

• 9–12 years of experience in application development and architecture.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise‑grade integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud environments and enterprise integration patterns.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑focused setting.
