Anaplan AMS Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Anaplan AMS Consultant to join our L2 S&AS Supply team. The role combines functional expertise in supply chain processes with technical support for Application Management Services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for supply chain processes such as distribution, allocations, demand management, forecasting, pricing, and replenishment.
• Manage Opcon scheduler, ETL workflows, SQL databases, and BLOB storage to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle incident management, perform root‑cause analysis, and maintain close user proximity for rapid issue resolution.
• Lead problem management activities, create action plans, and follow up to drive continuous improvement.
• Escalate critical issues as needed to meet service level agreements.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, IT, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts (distribution, allocations, demand management, forecasting, pricing, replenishment).
• Experience with Opcon scheduler, ETL processes, SQL scripting, and BLOB management.
• Proven background in incident, problem, and escalation management.
• Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
