Analyst - Supply Chain Management

About the role

Join a leading aerospace and defense organization as a Supply Chain Management Analyst. You will ensure material availability for production lines, preventing shortages and supporting on‑time delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor material availability against production plans and customer demand.
• Identify potential shortages and implement mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse and suppliers to secure on‑time deliveries.
• Track critical purchase orders, shipments and supplier commitments.
• Expedite urgent orders and work with suppliers to improve delivery performance.
• Lead daily material shortage reviews and communicate recovery plans.
• Monitor inbound shipments and liaise with logistics providers.
• Escalate supply risks and develop contingency plans.
• Prepare material status reports and shortage dashboards.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance supply‑chain performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–5 years of experience in material planning, supply chain, procurement, logistics, production planning or delivery assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple critical issues and work under pressure.
