Analyst, Procurement

About the role

Join RTX’s Collins Aerospace division as a Procurement Analyst, supporting the acquisition of goods, services and materials for aerospace and defense projects. You will work onsite in Tanuan City, ensuring smooth procurement processes and contributing to the company’s mission of solving complex global challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Execute procurement processes, including RFP preparation, negotiations, and cost accountability.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding order status, changes, or cancellations.
• Collaborate with buyers to purchase goods, materials, supplies, and services.
• Prepare purchase orders and payment approvals to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Assemble price proposals, financial reports, and data for analysis.
• Maintain records of purchases, costs, deliveries, performance, and inventory.
• Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve shortages or delays.
• Adhere to EH&S practices and proactively report hazards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing or supply chain roles.
• Experience with supplier management and vendor negotiations.
• Knowledge of procurement procedures and best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage time effectively.
