AI/ML Engineer

About the role

Cebu Pacific’s Digital and Technology Office is looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and operate a robust machine‑learning platform that powers the airline’s data‑driven services. You will collaborate with data scientists, operations, and governance teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and compliant AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the core ML platform, including feature stores, model registries, and training/serving infrastructure.
• Create standardized pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Package and optimise models for real‑time and batch inference.
• Implement MLOps best practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, versioning, and rollout patterns (blue/green, canary).
• Monitor model drift, data quality, performance degradation, fairness, and responsible AI compliance.
• Partner with Ops and Governance to meet service‑level objectives, quality standards, and risk controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum five years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, MLOps, or Platform Engineering with ML exposure.
• Proven track record building end‑to‑end ML platforms and productionising models.
• Valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines.
