AI Trainer – LLM Annotation & Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for an AI Trainer to help shape the next generation of large language models. You will work remotely, contributing to data annotation, model evaluation, and improvement tasks that involve coding, logical reasoning, and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Annotate and label data for LLM training projects.
• Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, relevance, and bias.
• Provide detailed feedback and suggestions for model refinement.
• Collaborate with engineering and research teams to ensure high‑quality training data.

Required profile

• Background in a STEM field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking abilities.
• Experience or familiarity with data handling, coding, or analysis tasks.
