AI Creative Designer (Remote) for Luxury Brands

About the role

Join Darbyon, a leading AI‑driven advertising agency, as an AI Creative Designer. You will create high‑impact visual assets for luxury beauty and fashion brands, working remotely from the Philippines while aligning with Paris‑time schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Design static and video assets for e‑commerce, paid ads, social media and brand campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
• Translate creative concepts into conversion‑focused visuals, applying basic to intermediate motion editing.
• Integrate AI tools (image generation, upscaling, editing, automation) into daily design workflows.
• Collaborate with creative, media and strategy teams to continuously improve asset performance.
• Maintain strict adherence to luxury brand guidelines and ensure visual excellence at scale.
• Stay updated on design trends, luxury visual standards, e‑commerce best practices and AI‑driven innovations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of creative design experience with luxury, beauty or fashion brands.
• Strong understanding of luxury aesthetics and brand standards.
• Motivated, urgent‑mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
