Admissions Consultant – College Admissions Advisor

About the role

WinPlus Education & Technology is seeking a recent graduate to join its Harvard Square office as an Admissions Consultant. In this role you will provide personalized college‑admissions counseling to high‑school students, helping them define academic and career goals and improve their chances of acceptance at top universities worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective students and their families, presenting WinPlus’s values and program offerings.
• Conduct early‑stage consultations to assess academic backgrounds, interests, and aspirations.
• Develop individualized admissions strategies, including school selection, application timelines, and essay coaching.
• Maintain ongoing mentorship throughout the multi‑year admissions process.
• Collaborate with the CEO and international colleagues to refine service delivery.

Required profile

• Recent graduate from a top U.S. university.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education equity and technology‑enabled learning.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently and as part of a fast‑growing team.
