About the role
The Administration Officer will support MicroSourcing’s Onshore Compliance team, handling a range of administrative and monitoring tasks to ensure the company and its brokers comply with the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009. This hybrid position offers a balance of office and remote work in Eastwood, Quezon City.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding of broker members.
- Perform routine administrative duties, including document preparation and filing.
- Maintain and update compliance databases and generate regular reports.
- Monitor compliance obligations and support the team in meeting regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Graduate of any four‑year degree program.
- 0–1 years of experience in administrative functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
