Accounts Receivable Clerk II

About the role

Nidec Motor Philippines in Mandaluyong City is hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk II (Associate II - RA) in its Support & Production - S2 unit. The role executes moderately complex tasks in cash application, billing issuance and credit/debit memo processing, works with limited supervision and supports process improvement and audit compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Apply customer payments to accounts, including partial payments, unapplied cash and payment discrepancies
• Reconcile cash receipts with bank statements and ERP records, investigating variances
• Generate and issue invoices based on validated sales orders or service contracts
• Resolve billing and payment discrepancies with internal teams, and review billing accuracy with Sales Ops and Customer Service
• Prepare and process credit/debit memos with supporting documentation and approvals
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal and external audit requests
• Assist in month-end close, including AR aging analysis and reporting
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience; vocational or technical education may be required
• Basic knowledge of systems and procedures gained through prior work experience or education
• Ability to work with moderate supervision and to communicate with colleagues within the team
