Accounts Payable & Property Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and organized professional to manage both accounts payable and property maintenance functions. The role combines financial processing with tenant support, ensuring timely payments and efficient resolution of maintenance requests.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately using QuickBooks Desktop.
• Maintain accounts payable records, reconcile statements, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Enter financial data and assist with expense tracking and reporting.
• Answer tenant calls regarding maintenance issues, create and track work orders.
• Coordinate repairs with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and tenant communications.
• Update spreadsheets and property records in Microsoft Excel.
• Provide general administrative support to the office and property management team.

Required profile

• Experience in accounts payable and familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong phone etiquette, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to follow up on tasks.
• Experience in property management or maintenance coordination is a plus.
