About the role

The Accounting Staff Specialist ensures the integrity of the company’s financial records by managing the General Ledger, performing reconciliations, and monitoring budget performance. This role supports accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and update General Ledger (GL) accounts on a continuous basis.
  • Perform bank and GL reconciliations to verify transaction accuracy.
  • Monitor adherence to approved budgets, analyze variances, and report budget vs. actual expenses.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data promptly.
  • Prepare and support the production of reliable financial statements and reports.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in accounting or finance functions.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
