Accounting Manager

About the role

The Accounting Manager is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial statements and regulatory reports, while providing insightful variance analysis to support senior management decisions. The role also leads a team of accounting professionals, ensuring high‑quality output and continuous development.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit monthly statutory and consolidated financial statements.
• Compile quarterly and annual regulatory reports for the SEC and PSE.
• Develop rolling forecasts, management reports, internal committee reports, and Board of Directors decks.
• Perform variance analyses and communicate key financial insights to top management.
• Manage, coach, and develop accounting staff to meet organizational standards and timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• CPA, CMA, or CFA certification is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in financial and management reporting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
• Proven ability to implement and maintain robust financial controls.
