Accountant – Crypto Financial Services

About the role

Coins, the leading crypto brand in the Philippines, is looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to join its finance team. You will support multiple entities, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and help maintain the company’s financial integrity in a fast‑growing digital‑currency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate accounting entries for several entities by compiling and validating reports from internal teams.
• Assist in timely monthly and annual closing of accounting books.
• Maintain proper supporting documentation for all financial transactions.
• Reconcile discrepancies by gathering and analysing relevant information.
• Support the preparation of monthly tax filings.
• Provide financial recommendations based on accounting analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure smooth audits.
• Assist finance managers with day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA is a plus.
• 1‑3 years of experience in accounting or auditing.
• Experience with bookkeeping, closing, and audit processes; financial‑institution exposure preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and communicate positively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace applications.
